Greg Smith graduated from York University in 2023 with a Master of Arts in Education. After obtaining his degree, Smith became the PreK-12 Principal at Nebraska Christian Schools in Central City, Neb.
"As I reflect back, it is humbling to see God's hand guiding my educational and professional journey. York University's undergraduate and graduate studies blessed me with the education, experience, and mentoring I needed to serve effectively as a teacher, coach, and current administrator.
"I am grateful for the impact that York University has had on my life. This YU campus is where I came face to face with Jesus Christ, and met my beautiful wife, Jaclyn (Coehoorn '09) Smith. It also provided me with the opportunity to earn a bachelors degree in Education ('07), Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction ('15), and most recently, a K-12 Principal Endorsement ('23). Thank you to all the YU faculty, staff, and friends that have blessed me and my wife over the past 20 years! We are eternally grateful!"
