Alumni may qualify for a tuition scholarship! To be eligible for this scholarship an Alum must have been a conferred graduate for at least 2 years (i.e., 6 semesters-Fall, Spring, Summer).

Co-Curricular

Co-Curricular

Co-Curricular students want to exercise their remaining eligibility within their academic, performance, or athletic program while seeking a master’s degree. Benefits start in a Fall or Spring term and lasts for 2 academic years from the start date.

York College Online has specialized partnership agreements with strategic organizations (e.g., CLA and Leadership York) to award college credit for certain coursework offered by the partner. Credit is only given to enrollees in a degree program.

 

Undergraduate Benefits

 

Scholarships:

Panther Undergraduate Welcome Scholarship

Panther Undergraduate Welcome Scholarship

Awardees will receive $250 per hour (i.e., they pay $100) they are enrolled for their initial subterm (i.e. Subterm A). This is only for full-pay and degree-seeking students. The scholarship is to be awarded at the discretion of the Director of Online Admissions and is intended for new students who are estimated to be in need of financial aid for their first-time payment for their target start-date.

Panther Undergraduate Welcome Grant

Panther Undergraduate Welcome Grant

Awardees will receive $350 per hour (i.e., they pay $0) for a maximum of two classes in their initial subterm (i.e. Subterm A). This is only for full-pay and degree-seeking students, and it will be limited to a maximum of 2 new students per subterm. The grant is to be awarded at the discretion of the Director of Online Admissions and is intended for new students who are estimated to not be able to meet their first-time payment for their target start-date.

Heritage Scholarship

Students who are of Church of Christ background and enroll in full-time undergraduate coursework will receive $25 per credit hour scholarship for the entirety of their program, as long as they remain enrolled full-time. To be eligible students must submit a recommendation letter/e-mail from a parent/guardian or church leader.

Online Academic Scholarship

Online Academic Scholarship

First Time in Any College (FTIAC) students (i.e. students who have never been to college full-time post their high-school conferred degree) who have a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher, and enroll York University as full-time, online, and degree-seeking student may be eligible. Recipients will receive a $25 per credit hour scholarship.

Online Transfer Scholarship

Online Transfer Scholarship

Transfer Students, who transfer in at least 12 hours, have a college CGPA of 3.5 or higher, and enroll as full-time, degree-seeking York University students may be eligible. Recipients will receive a $25 per credit hour scholarship.

This offer is for specialized partnership contracts with strategic organizations (e.g., homeschool co-ops) awarding discounts as determined by a cost analysis proposal given to the VP of Finance at the time the partnership agreement is penned.

Adjunct Family Discount

Adjunct Family Discount

Recipients will pay only $100 per hour with regular enrollment. This is for seated faculty, on-campu staff, and adjunct faculty, their spouses, and their children under the age of 26, and is valid as long as the Adjunct is retained by York College.

Homeschool/Dual Enrollment

Homeschool/Dual Enrollment

High School students seeking dual enrollment in regularly scheduled undergraduate online classes will be charged $100 per credit hour.
