This position involves working primarily with preschool-aged children in a supportive educational environment. Required qualifications: Educational Background: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Experience with Young Children: Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
Understanding of Developmental Milestones: Familiarity with developmental milestones for preschoolers and an understanding of early childhood education principles.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
