Program Overview

Do you lead a department, a church, a team, or a classroom? Do you aspire to grow not just your resumé, but your skills, your wisdom, and your walk with God? Then the Master of Arts in Organizational and Global Leadership (MOL) at York University Online is for you.

This master’s program is designed for leaders in diverse settings including business, healthcare, non-profit, churches, schools, criminal justice, law enforcement, technology, sports management and coaches, and anyone who is in or aspires to be in a leadership position.  Students from any field will be able to make application of these leadership growth and development concepts.  

York University offers five MOL degree concentrations for you to choose coursework more specific to your profession or goals.

Department Outcomes

Our goals/outcomes for graduates of the Master of Arts in Organizational and Global Leadership
