Dear YU Community,
It is with a heavy heart that we share with our YU Community the passing of Dr. Ben Yarbrough. Dr. Yarbrough was a great asset to York University Online. He has been with YUO since 2000 as an instructor, a person who helped with Marketing, and one who served on the IRB and the online leadership council. He also served in the Navy working on clearing bombs from abandoned sites and was training others to do so in countries needing assistance. He leaves behind his wife Tamara and 5 kids. Dr. Yarbrough was a great friend and colleague to those who had the privilege of working with him.
Please join me in offering our prayers for the Yarbrough family. His memorial arrangements are in the attached file.
